Over the last few weeks I have been closely watching the flora (flowers) come through in the Peak district national park. This time of year is wonderful for colour and scent whilst walking. You can smell the wild garlic around Edale. Its gorgeous!
With winter long gone and spring behind us the countryside is alive and bursting with energy. I chose a walk today over Mam Tor, an early Iron Age fort, which was alive with flora and paragliders on an north-westerly wind. They were having lots of fun.
Enjoy the below photographs. Why not hire me for a day or weekend as a walking guide at Walking Guide in the Peak district
