Starting just up the road from the lovely village of Hayfield (as seen in the BBC programme “The Village”) we will make our way out of the valley to Kinder downfall.
I will ensure that you can relax and learn about the history of the local area, geology, wild flowers and native fauna.

The largest waterfall on the Kinder plateau does not disappoint with panoramic views, a memorable photographic moment. Continuing over the Kinder Plateau passing wild flowers and moorland lichen we will look down into the Vale of Edale in the Hope Valley.

As we start to descend down to Hayfield we will learn about the wind carved rocks of the southern edge of Kinder such as Pym Chair and pass the ancient boundary marker of Edale Cross, the packhorse route out of Edale.
