Before the showers this afternoon i thought i would get some steps accumulated on the pedometer for the Virgin Pulse/GCC team i am apart of. No lengthy runs at the moment due to limited time but i can still make the most of short, intense runs. Anaerobic heart rate running sessions still are ideal for a quick hit.

The NHS advise 10,000 steps a day to get your daily dose of exercise. Planning your time/week definitely helps and the cathartic element of all exercise clears your mind ready for the next thing on your to do list.
