Today i were joined by Nathalie, Margo, Ruth, Anwaar and Rebecca. All of the ladies were in the Peak District to enjoy the countryside and relax……with wine.
After meeting at Edale we headed straight for Hollins Cross and up to the summit of Mam Tor. I immediately noticed that all of the ladies were very determined and great to talk to. Normally people struggle to maintain conversation especially humour and genuine interest whilst walking uphill. The ladies went against the mould and proved otherwise.
After reaching the top of Mam Tor we stopped for a break. Lovely, homemade food was presented to me and we chatted about the local area and the influence of industrial hubs like Manchester and Sheffield.

Eager to continue we set off along the ridge to Back tor. Scenic views of the vale of Edale and Hope valley were appreciated. I am glad that the weather was kind.
After a few photographs we headed back down to Edale and the ladies left me as they met their friend in the National Trust Penny Pot cafe.
It is a good sign that you and your clients are happy when the day swims along at ease. Determined, intelligent ladies who wanted to come to the Peak District for a break to refresh. I think we achieved that today.
Enjoy the rest of your break ladies. An absolute pleasure to meet you all.
