I’ve been very busy over the last couple of months with private guiding in Yorkshire, the Lake District and more commonly the Peak District. I’ve also been teaching, organising and supervising our local Duke of Edinburgh centre to get over thirty young adults through their Bronze and Silver expeditions successfully. We had another 100% pass rate again this year! Well done guys.
I had a rare day available last week to pop over to Snowdonia (north Wales) to hone some mountaineering skills. Time to give the legs a bit of a rest for a change.
Here are some photos of the day when myself and a friend ticked off Bastow Buttress (Grade 2), Cneifion Arete (Grade 3) and Dolmen Ridge (Grade 3).
With casual walking in-between each scramble it was nice to see Snowdonia in the glorious summer sunshine. I will be updating the website with more walks in Snowdonia very soon.
